What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Bonny account to view real-time updates on your delivery.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At Bonny, we prioritize the planet. 80% of our wood products are FSC-certified, and we use OEKO-TEX certified fabrics to ensure no harmful chemicals enter your home.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
